Many people looking for a dentist also need a doctor, and this group lists the medical clinics, family physicians, urgent care and walk-in centers, hospitals, pediatricians, eye doctors, medical specialists and pharmacies near the dental practices on the site. Primary care in the US runs through family doctors and internists who coordinate referrals; urgent care centers handle minor injuries and illnesses without an appointment for far less than an emergency room; hospitals with emergency departments are the place for severe facial trauma or a dental infection that spreads. Pharmacies fill the antibiotics and pain medication a dentist prescribes and sell fluoride rinses and prescription-strength toothpaste.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is Open 24 hours. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (714) 754-5454. Santa Ana is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Santa Ana is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

If there was a chance of putting zero stars on here I would. First of all I’m not the type to go to the emergency room for something small or for something that can be done at home. The only reason why I ended up in this place was because I was 4 months pregnant and was spotting, it took them about two hours to finally check me in and they had blood and temperature taken, then I had to wait again, got put into a room far into the hallway near an exit. The doctor who was doing my scan was horrible she was middle eastern she was on the phone ( wearing AirPods) and I can hear how she was talking about me when I went to go use the restroom because she said that my bladder was full even after I had just gone. After all of the scans were done I got sent into the room again. This time I called my boyfriend so he can be in the room with me the doctor come in and he look mad and started asking questions such as β€œ why are you here” , β€œ who are you”, β€œ why are you inside the room with her” he was very unprofessional.

I came to this hospital for a medical emergency after a surgery. First of all, they make you go thru a metal detector, second when asked my condition I showed my discharge papers from my surgery and said that I did not want to say it out loud because it was private and we are in a room with other people. He then proceeded to read the paper out loud. When I was called to the back they refused to allow my husband to come-which is my right to have a companion with me. I was sitting alone on the bed hurting and crying when the doctor came with 4 people and told me I should've had a hysterectomy and he could give me anxiety medicine. He refused to look at my medication or anything that I brought that I had been taking. He said no doctor wants to deal with another doctor's surgery. And why did I not go to that doctor. When I told him I had not had a bowel movement and I was in pain, the staff struggled not to laugh and looked around at each other. I put on my clothes and walked out. My husband took me to UCI and it was like night and day! The staff was WONDERFUL, CHEERY EVEN!!!! They actually listened!! They gave me pain medicine during the wait, and it turned out I had a UTI. ALL THAT

Well I can see why there is poor reviews of this hospital. My 90 yo mother went to the ED after a fall at her memory care. She was in the ED all day, finally was admitted late at night. She had a head CT, which the MD attending to her told me was normal, and a chest xray, which I never got results from. Ten days later, her primary care let us know she has a mass on the head CT, and on the chest xray. Nobody ever let us know, despite me having a medical POA. Also, their website is not reachable, my browsers firewalls are blocking it as a dangerous site. Communication is awful, can't reach anyone, plus whoever does answer is very unprofessional and just answers with a hello, no name. The only reason for the two stars is the nurses are actually very nice and helpful, the ones on the med/surg floor seem very capable. I feel sorry for them working in this clearly poorly run hospital. If you can help it, avoid this hospital, we will not be returning.

Had a bit of a health crisis and went there. I was seen very quickly and received excellent care. I was really scared and two nurses in particular really helped me feel better. Neal and Tracy, THANK YOU for your kindness and care.

I had my surgery at this hospital three days ago and I’m now home recovering. Yes, the hospital building is older. It doesn’t have the same β€œwow” factor or brand-new look that you might see at places like Hoag Hospital. However, it is clean, and most importantly, the level of care was excellent. I want to give a big thank you to all the nurses β€” from pre-op, to the surgery room, to post-operative care. Every single nurse I encountered was kind, respectful, attentive, and clearly experienced. They checked on me frequently, especially throughout the night, and made sure I was comfortable and safe. I’m not sure about the negative reviews others have mentioned, but my personal experience was very positive. The staff works hard and truly does their best. When you treat people with respect, you receive it in return.
